Thank you for considering our RV service! We understand your time is valuable, and we’re here to make the process as quick and easy as possible. If you have any pictures of data stickers or other relevant information, they can greatly aid in diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and locating the right parts for your RV.

Scenic Route RV does not process any Dometic warranty claims.

*Due to high demands during the spring and summer season Scenic Route RV does not process any insurance or warranty claims May-September.

  • A fee assessed to all new service requests. This fee is a one time charge for any work completed. Jobs requiring multiple visits will only be charged a one time service fee. A new service request will result in a new service fee.

  • Hourly labor rate for service work. Labor is billed in 30 minute increments. There will be a minimum of 1/2 hour labor for all service work excluding parts delivery.

  • Due to increased difficulties with insurance and warranty claims. A service request form MUST BE COMPLETEY FILLED OUT before any insurance or warranty work is completed. A signature from the POLICY HOLDER is also required before any insurance or warranty work is completed. Additional charges may apply for any insurance or warranty work including an administrative fee of $195.
